Shipping policy

Shipping fees are included in the listed price. There is no additional shipping charge.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  

If your item(s) are available for immediate delivery we will process the charges and submit the order. Your shipment will be sent within 4 business days from one of our partner warehouses. Delivery times vary according to locality but generally 10-14 days after receiving your tracking should be allowed for delivery.

You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order being shipped. If for any reason you do not receive tracking information please contact us.

We are not able ship to PO Boxes. Please have someone available to sign for the parcel.
